Programme in International
Culinary Arts
Vedatya’s Programme In International Culinary Arts (PICA) is unique because of its international partnership with the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland (CAAS) through which students can get a Swiss culinary degree as an option.
The course provides applied orientation to students through culinary infrastructure that includes professional grade kitchens, on-campus farms, a herb garden, a fish pond and a dairy farm. Sustainable farming through these resources offers a unique opportunity for the students to practice “farm-to-fork” principles. International and domestic internships with multi-national brands, including Michelin star restaurants, are another resource for applied learning.

Sales & Marketing
Management
This cutting-edge, one-of-a kind programme provides an in-depth training and understanding of the ‘Sales & Marketing’ function with a focus on the service industry. The programme, in partnership with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG; the world’s largest hotel company), provides world-class coaching and training by expert faculty and industry leaders, placing one’s career on a fast track. The programme has 3 months of theory followed by supervised work experience and on-the-job training with IHG along with expert coaching. Given this industry integrated approach, the programme is guaranteed to build industry-ready professionals.

Management
The program aims at providing an in depth knowledge and understanding towards planning and implementation of a successful event. The modules are designed to equip the student with thorough insight of all the related elements which essentially shape the outcome of an event.

Revenue Management
The Post Graduate Programme in Revenue Management (PGPRM) is a one year programme including 6 months of class room learning and 6 months of on-the- job training facilitated by InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). PGPRM is an excellent alternative for the traditional MBA program. With Vedatya being the leader in research as well as in academic discourse in the area of revenue and profit management, the programme promises to offer skills and knowledge required for a successful career in revenue management in the hospitality sector.

Unlike a traditional hospitality programme, PHSL trains students on the business aspect and the luxury segment of service-oriented industries in an international context. The goal of the program is to enable students to become entrepreneurial leaders and managers who can transform the service industry organizations of the future. Students learn the difference between leadership and management and the relationship between the two in the broader context of the service industry.
