Sanlok Institute of Management & Information Technology (SIMIT) is the pioneer of computer education in Gurgaon. The Institute has secured an affiliation with the Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology (GJUS&T), Hisar, Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak and IASE University, Sardarshahr (Raj.) for its graduate and postgraduate programmes in computer application, information technology, commerce, law and business management. GJUS&T is 'A' Grade NAAC accredited University & MDU is 'B+' Grade NAAC accredited University and all its courses are duly recognized by the AICTE / AIU. Apart from the courses affiliated to GJUS&T & MDU, SIMIT runs various short-term and long-term certificate courses in computer applications and information technology. These short term and long term courses covers diverse areas like web designing, office automation, graphics, database management, operating systems etc.

Sanlok Computer Educational Society established under the act 1860 for educational societies manages SIMIT. The computer industry is one of the fastest growing industries and it is flourishing day by day. There is a huge demand for Computer professionals after Information Technology. SIMIT is in 23 years of operation and its mission is to provide quality education to all without any privileges and prejudices. Sanlok is continuously endeavoring in bridging the gap between the demand of Technocrats by the corporate world and the supply by grooming world-class professionals who can face any challenges and are capable of making every adversary into a promising opportunity. The society wish to realize its mission of academic excellence by extending world-class facilities for example Air-Conditioned Class rooms, well stocked library, well equipped labs etc. to its students.    BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (BBA)   Bachelor of Business Administration is a three years degree course and has been designed to cater to the junior level managerial requirements of the industry. The course structure is devised in a way that students are exposed to all the functional, specializations and allied areas of management. Master of Commerce is a two years annual course and has been designed to meet the requirement of the graduates aspiring to make their career in academics, research and corporate world. The course aims to strengthen the theoretical, analytical and applied knowledge base of commerce. There is ample scope of direct employment for a commerce post-graduate particularly in teaching, research and corporate sector. The course curriculum has been designed in accordance with the UGC's NET syllabus. Care has been taken to include all relevant and latest aspects of the discipline of commerce so that the students can make their way through UGC NET examinations and apply for teaching the research jobs in Universities, colleges and industries. P G Diploma in Environmental Management (PGDEM)     There is a need for environmental aware manpower in every section of the society including educational, industrial and agricultural sectors, defence services, government offices, NGO's, media and judiciary. The PG Diploma in Environmental Management has been designed to educate people from various sections about various aspects of environmental problems and their management. Post Graduation Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) : M.Sc. (Computer Science) and Master of Computer Application (MCA)   This is a modular programe having three components including PGDCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science) and MCA. The students leaving the course after successful completion of first year will be awarded Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application, the students leaving the course after successful completion of 2nd year will be awarded degree of M.Sc. (Computer Science) and after successful completion of all three years, they will be awarded the degree of MCA.   Post Graduation Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) : M.Sc. (Computer Science) and Master of Computer Application (MCA)   This is a modular programe having three components including PGDCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science) and MCA. The students leaving the course after successful completion of first year will be awarded Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application, the students leaving the course after successful completion of 2nd year will be awarded degree of M.Sc. (Computer Science) and after successful completion of all three years, they will be awarded the degree of MCA.   Master of Business Administration (MBA)   Master of Business Administration is a two years programme divided into four semesters and has been designed to cater to the senior level management requirements of industry. After successful completion of first year, the students shall be awarded Post Graduation Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) and after completion of 2nd year, the students shall be awarded the degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA). The diploma will, however, be awarded, in case the students do not continue their studies till the completion of their MBA degree and wish to drop out after passing all the papers of first year. MCA (Five Years Integrated Course After 10+2)   The course is designed in modular form. A candidate who wants to leave this course after successful completion of third year will be awarded BCA degree, Otherwise he/she will be awarded MCA degree after successful completion of fifth year. However, admission through lateral entry to this course at any stage is not allowed.
