He has learnt Indian Classical Music since his very childhood from Shrutinandan, the musical institution for children established by his father Guru Pt. Ajoy Chakrabarty. Ananjan has been arranging & producing music since 2008. He is also learning Western Classical Piano from Trinity College of Music, London under the guidance of Mr.Jyotiska Dasgupta. He is an award winning professional Sound Engineer trained at Digital Academy, Mumbai under the tutelage of Mr.Daman Sood.
Ananjan has already produced more than 200 songs of different genres with different artistes/musicians regionally & nationally. He has worked with eminent music directors like Uttam Singh (Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai etc.), Shantanu Moitra (3 idiots, Parineeta), Ankit Tiwari (Tum Bin 2) from Bollywood, M Ghibran, Ramesh Binayakram, Kamal Hassan from the South Indian Film Industry.
